Gua Sha Routine in 3 simple steps

Step 1:

Apply Gua Sha Oil to the body

Step 2:

Use the Gua Sha tool in smooth strokes

Wipe off excess oil with our ultra-soft Microfibre Towel & relax

Apply the Oil – Dispense a small amount of Ramedicare Gua Sha Oil into your palms and warm it between your hands. Gently massage it onto the targeted area (neck, shoulders, back, arms, or legs) to create a smooth glide for your Gua Sha tool.
Hold the Tool Correctly – Grip your Ramedicare Gua Sha tool at a 15–30° angle to your skin.
Use Gentle, Upward Strokes – With light to medium pressure, glide the tool over the skin in long, even strokes. Move in the direction of lymphatic flow (towards the heart) to encourage circulation and energy movement.
Focus on Tension Areas – Apply extra attention to areas with tightness or discomfort, using slower, intentional movements. Avoid pressing too hard—Gua Sha should feel relieving, not painful.
Breathe & Relax – Inhale deeply as you work through each area, allowing the calming scent of lavender and Roman chamomile to enhance relaxation.
Repeat as Needed – Perform your Gua Sha routine for 5–10 minutes daily or as needed for stress relief, muscle relaxation, and improved chi flow.
Post-Treatment Care – After your Gua Sha session, rest and avoid strenuous activities for a few hours to allow the body to recover.
Remove excess oil with our premium Microfibre Towel.
Cleanse After Use – Wash your Gua Sha tool with warm water and mild soap after each session and dry it thoroughly. Store in a dry place.
